Spring Mountain State School is excited to announce that AFL Queensland will be returning this term to run two different afterschool programs for Spring Mountain State School students. The two programs are designed to cater for students with differing skill abilities. The two programs are AusKick and Superkick.
AusKick – is designed to teach students the fundamental skills of AFL (kicking, handballing, marking). This program is offered to students in Prep to Year 2. The program will start on Monday 28th October (Term 4 Week 5)
Venue: Spring Mountain State School Oval
Time: 2:45pm - 3:45pm on Monday afternoons
Cost: $80
Duration: 6 Weeks
SuperKick – is designed to teach students more game-based skills and rules, including modified games of AFL. This program is offered to students in Year 3 – Year 6. The program will start Monday 28th October (Term 4 Week 5)
Venue: Spring Mountain State School Oval
Time: 2:45pm - 3:45pm on Monday afternoons
Cost: $85
Duration: 6 Weeks
If your child is booked into Jabiru, please communicate this with them and they will collect your child at the end of the session.
