We are proud that almost 3% of our students identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. We recognise the importance of supporting all students to connect with and celebrate their cultural identity while learning about the rich histories, cultures and contributions of Australia's First Nations peoples.

At Spring Mountain State School, we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we learn and play, the Yuggera, Jagera and Ugarapul peoples. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and honour their ongoing connection to country, culture and community.
