We are excited to announce Monty’s Rainbow Run will be held on Friday 13th of September (last day of Term 3)!
Our fundraising platform is ready for students to start fundraising! To date we have 212 students registered on our fundraising platform and we have fundraised $20,000. Our target is $35,000 and we need YOUR support. This year, funds raised will be put towards the development of our musical options at school.
We have partnered with online fundraising company Go Raise It which makes fundraising super easy! Each student will be able to setup their very own fundraising page on the website to track fundraising progress.
As part of creating their fundraising page, students will choose their class as their fundraising team. The website includes leader boards allowing us to create a little bit of healthy competition between teams. You can view the leader boards and links to information about fundraising prizes on our Fundraising hub page:

There are some changes with registration this year. We will NOT be using Qkr! to collect the registration fee. Instead, students will need to create a fundraising platform (see above link) and fundraise a minimum of $15 in order to participate in the event.
If they fundraise more than $25, they get to choose a prize from the prize selection outlined in the booklet. There are spot prizes given away at parades for students who have set a profile up and are already fundraising.
As well as prizes, we have an extra special twist this year… SLIMING TEACHERS!
The top 10 fundraising students will be selected to slime teachers (in Term 4).
We have a fundraising thermometer set up with teachers allocated to that goal.
If we reach our $35,000 target, not only will Mrs Moore get slimed, but also 14 other teachers who have kindly volunteered!
